OUR IMPaCT
At Conversation Over Borders, impact means more than numbers. It means people feeling safer, more confident, and less alone while navigating the asylum system. Our work is shaped by people with lived experience of displacement, and grounded in long-term relationships rather than short-term fixes.

What we do
We create welcoming, community-led spaces where refugees and people seeking asylum can build confidence, practise English, and access wellbeing support. Our programmes combine mentoring, peer learning, trauma-informed practice, and practical support so people can rebuild a sense of stability and belonging.

OUR THEORY OF CHANGE
Every great organisation has a model they try to follow.
This is not fixed - but constantly in review and evolving, following the needs of our community.
